Our photography courses are designed for anyone who would like to learn more about the essentials of photography. We will start by covering the most basic aspects of photography and bring you to a point of comfortably understanding the most important aspects. The limited class size of 10 will allow each participant one-on-one instruction with Whitney.
Intro to Photograpy 01 - Camera Basics
The first course will include an interactive lesson on the basics of digital photography. You will learn the principles behind adjusting your camera's ISO, shutter, and aperture and how to apply them to your photography. By the end of the day, you will have the ability to use your camera’s manual settings.

Cost: $149 (includes lunch)
You must provide your own camera and lens.
Intro to Photography 02 - Lighting, Composition, & Posing
The second course is a 1.5 day course that will help you understand the abilities of using natural lighting and the importance of composition. The second day will involve an actual photo shoot with a model as well as a couple. Learn how to instruct and pose while keeping your subject looking natural. Photo critiques will follow the session.
